Notice of Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for all items purchased from DietDelivery Indonesia pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or our delivery personnel's arrival at your location.

Subscriptions & Billing

Our Billing cycle

We process recurring payments on the same date each month or week, depending on your selected cycle. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable local taxes.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next delivery cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 3 business days prior to the next billing date.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. If you receive a meal that is damaged or does not meet quality standards, please report it within 12 hours for account credit.

Pricing Adjustments

DietDelivery Indonesia reserves the right to adjust pricing based on ingredient costs or seasonal availability. Active subscribers will be notified via email 30 days prior to any recurring price change.

Discounts & Promos

Promotional offers are subject to specific individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined and apply only to the first billing cycle of a new subscription.
